Purchase the AGM Voting Service and you can get started.

Get Started Here

Go to the purchase history and find a valid AGM Voting Service. Note that the status of the purchase must indicate that it is successful for the "manage" link to appear. Click on the "manage" link to view the details of the purchase.

When viewing the details of the purchase, if the purchase is still active, you will be able to create voting sessions using the "Create Voting Session" panel. New voting sessions will appear in the list below. You may click on the icon to copy the URL for that voting session so that you can share it or view it by pasting it in the address bar of your browser.

Note that after purchasing the AGM Voting Service, you have 30 days to create the voting sessions before it expires.

Purchase History

You can edit the name and description of the voting session before you click the "Start" button. Click on the icon to edit the name or the description. After changing the name or description, click on the button to update or click on the to cancel the action. After clicking the "Start" button, you will not be able to edit the name and descriptio of the voting session anymore.

Election of Office Holders
You can add choices by entering the name and selecting the position, then click on the "Add" button to add the choice or click on the "Reset" button to cancel the adding action. You can edit a choice by clicking on the icon next to the choice. The values will appear in the name and position boxes for you to modify, then click the "Update" button to update the choice or click on the "Reset" button to cancel the update action.

Adoption of Resolutions
You can add resolutions by entering the resolution description, then click on the "Add" button to add the resolution or click on the "Reset" button to cancel the adding action. You can edit a resolution by clicking on the icon next to the resolution. The values will appear in the resolution box for you to modify, then click the "Update" button to update the resolution or click on the "Reset" button to cancel the update action.

Click on to choose the template. You can choose either "Election of Office Holders" or "Adoption of Resolutions".

Fill in the number of voters to add in the box under the "Add Voter" section and click on the "Add" button. The number you enter will be added to the current number of voters under the "No. of Voters" section.

Click and choose from the dropdown list.
  • "2x2" will generate A4 sized pdf document of the QR codes arranged in a 2 by 2 arrangement on each page.
  • "3x3" will generate A4 sized pdf document of the QR codes arranged in a 3 by 3 arrangement on each page.
  • "4x4" will generate A4 sized pdf document of the QR codes arranged in a 4 by 4 arrangement on each page.

Click to show the dropdown and select the language. Currently you can only choose "en" for english and "zh" for chinese.

Once you have pressed the "Start" button to start the session, you will not be able to changes to the voting sessions anymore. Here is a list of things you cannot do after the session have been started
  • You cannot change name of the voting session.
  • You cannot change description of the voting session.
  • You cannot change the template of the voting session.
  • You cannot add or edit choices.
  • You cannot add or edit resolutions.
You should make all the editing before pressing the "Start" button. Editing will not be available even if you "End" or "Reset" the voting session.

When the voting session has ended, you will not be able to add more voters. However you can add more voters if the voting session is still ongoing or if you have reset the voting session.

Each session has a maximum number of voters set by the administrator. If you require more voters, please contact the administrator to increase the maximum number of voters for your session.

Yes! You can generate a report for the voting session after you end the voting session. Once, the session has ended, a blue button will appear. Click on the button to generate a report for the voting session. The report will be generated in a pdf format and will be downloaded to your computer immediately.

A voting session will continue to be accessible for at least 30 days from the date that it was created. During this period, you can access the voting session and generate a report for the voting session. After 30 days, the voting session may be deleted from the system and you will not be able to access the voting session anymore.

Yes! Click on the icon to pull out the language settings for the voting screen. Then simply select your desired option.

Yes! You may download the voting data after the voting session has ended. After the session has ended, you may click on the icon to pull out the button to download a CSV containing the voting data.

Please note that the voter id is anonymous and cannot be traced to any individual.
